GSSGC 2018 Walkabout Report

The 2018 Walkabout Report must be completed by the deadline of 11:59 pm February 10, 2018. No late additions will be accepted.

The Product Coordinator should be the person to complete this form.

Have your girl GSUSAIDs available (found in smart cookies) and you will need the parent/guardian email address for each girl. Each reported girl's family with receive an email confirmation for their walkabout qualification as reported by you in this form. Be sure to spell the girl's names correctly!

Girls who sell and PAY FOR 200+ boxes of cookies between January 28th (first day of sale) and February 8th will receive a the Walkabout patch, and organizer set. These will be distributed with the Cookie Rewards after the end of the sale.

COORDINATOR NOTE: your first sweep will be for all Walkabout money.

This means if you report 10 Walkabout girls, your troop account will be swept for all

$10,000. If any of the girl's qualifying boxes are from Direct Ship, you must indicate that in the field provided to avoid being swept for monies you do not have.

If you, the Coordinator, have not completed this online form, your girls have not EARNED the Walkabout reward, and this will not be corrected later in the sale.
